Checklist of Requirement and GuideLine

1. Accomplish and submit the General Information and the Profile of Scholars Form with your latest picture.

2. Letter of Recommendation from the Bishop of your Diocese or Pastor of your Parish

3. Letter of Recommendation from the Rector of the Seminary where you are currently registered. It should also confirm that the seminarian in not receiving any substantial scholarship from other benefactors.

4. It is of general understanding that Fr. Bobby Sison’s GSPM, Inc. will provide subsidy only to the extent provided by their matching sponsors selected by the foundation.

           A. The Sponsor through are free to give more than they have pledged each month provided the intention comes from them.

           B. We strongly discourage the seminarians from asking more financial aid other than the what has been agreed.

           C. Should there be a real need for assistance, then the request must be approved by the Rector of the Seminary and must be channeled through out office.

           D. On the other hand, we always encourage the seminarians to write regularly to their Sponsors. Write and send letter to your sponsor addressed to the Fr. Bobby Sison GSPM Inc. office.

           E. All remittance shall be sent directly to the Seminary and not to the seminarian.

5. To evaluate the status and to keep the Sponsors informed, grade or progress report certified by the Rector of the Seminary should be submitted to our office regularly.
